We are celebrating National Gin Day one day early with our inaugural Highway Gin Dinner on Friday June 7th!

Each course (as listed below) will be matched with an Adelaide Hills Distillery Gin.

On arrival:  Negroni Cocktail

  • Shaved veal crostini with caper berry, pickled shallot and tuna mayo.

First Course: 78˚ Gin with Kaffir Lime

  • Gin cured ocean trout with avocado puree, coriander and kaffir lime oil and herbs.

Second Course: Green Ant Gin with Red Pepper Corns

  • Chermoula spiced lamb cutlets with middle eastern pearl cous cous and confit pepper puree.

Dessert: Sunset Gin with Rosella Flower

  • Roasted rhubarb with macadamia crumble, crystallised pastry, blood orange and hibiscus gelato.
