The second in our Wine Series, this dinner will feature Organic and Bio-dynamic wines.

A dinner highlighting some of Australia’s best organically produced wines, from the excellent Winemakers at South Australia’s own Paxton and Yangarra Wines. With food sourced from local, sustainable suppliers in order to compliment the organic theme.

On arrival

First Course

Herb crusted tuna with avocado mousse, shaved beetroot

Yangarra Rousanne + Yangarra Viognier

Second Course

Charred octopus, with potato rouille, pickled Shallot, radish

Yangarra Rose + Paxton Rose

Third Course

Seared Veal Fillet with truffled kewpie mayo, caper berry, balsamic onion, crispy garlic

Paxton Tempranillo + Paxton Graciano

Fourth Course

Dry aged duck breast – blueberry braised cabbage, roasted witlof, duck and juniper jus
