The Committee of the Southern Jazz Club Inc. wish to show our appreciations to you by saying thank you for your support on Sunday 6th February 2011 when we held our Jazz Party at the Highway.

The Jazz Party was very successful and we have had nothing but accolades form those who attended, and in part this is due to your support both on the day and the time leading up to the event.

The Committee is ever mindful of all the support the Highway gives to the Club and we once again say thank you.

I want to say a big thankyou to you, Tom and the rest of the staff that were part of our wedding night for the excellent job you all did. The food, the atmosphere and especially the exceptional service all exceeded our expectations. I felt that everything ran really smoothly and everyone had such a great time - especially me! (Just hope i didn't embarrass myself too much!) All of my friends said that it was the best wedding reception they have been to. Steven and I couldn't have hoped for a more perfect night, so thanks again.

Dear Manager, I am writing to express my unreserved appreciation to you and all the staff concerned with the wedding reception of my Grandson, David Holt and bride, Rachel, held on the 7th of February 2009.

Apart from the venue, the following points were specifically noted:-

• The friendly efficiency of the staff
• Attention to detail
• The rapid and “non fuss” cleaning of a spill

As my husband had not been well, we needed to leave early and the request for cake to take home was quickly expedited. The conducting of us to a taxi by the staff member (your coordinator it seemed) was over and above the service we expected. If an opportunity ever arises I would unreservedly recommend your function venue.

I would however like to thank you for everything that you gave that made this event as successful as it was. To donate kegs of beer, on top of hosting the Drinks with Crazy was an amazing contribution and I appreciate it a lot. I know that if the event continues next year, my first phone call will be to you guys to talk about hosting a show at The Highway. I only hope that the exposure you received rewarded you in some way for everything that you gave.

Thank you to Tom and Kara and your staff. We had a fantastic evening; the ladies went home very happy.
