David & Rachel's Wedding Reception

Dear Manager, I am writing to express my unreserved appreciation to you and all the staff concerned with the wedding reception of my Grandson, David Holt and bride, Rachel, held on the 7th of February 2009.

Apart from the venue, the following points were specifically noted:-

• The friendly efficiency of the staff
• Attention to detail
• The rapid and “non fuss” cleaning of a spill

As my husband had not been well, we needed to leave early and the request for cake to take home was quickly expedited. The conducting of us to a taxi by the staff member (your coordinator it seemed) was over and above the service we expected. If an opportunity ever arises I would unreservedly recommend your function venue.
