When I came in to set the room up and the put up the decoration for the tables I was greeted by Christine with a lovely hello and a warm smile. To much of my delight I found Kara had already set up the tables. She also helped me setting up the projector and laptop. I have never organised a sit-down dinner before and I found the guidance that was offered to me by Tom very helpful and reassuring. Our volunteers were very impressed with how the hotel looks now after it being refurnished.
